Yesterday, Charles Hoskinson hosted an AMA session on YouTube to chat about what is currently happening in the crypto space. J. J. Siler joined Hoskinson to co-host the discussion.

One of the first issues that was brought up during the video is Hoskinson’s trouble with Ethereum Classic (ETC). The Cardano founder expressed his dissatisfaction for the direction the project is going into and went as far as to say that he believes ETC is becoming more and more like a scam.

Hoskinson then went on to explain that he would much rather support Ergo because it is doing “really interesting things” and because it is not the child of an incident or event.

He also blew off some steam about a bad Twitter experience where he reported a bot account, but was basically brushed off with an email stating that Twitter does not see anything wrong with the reported account.

A bit later on in the video, Hoskinson was asked about his opinion about what is happening with Solana where people are finding ways to avoid royalties behind NFTs. He replied by stating that developers have to be extremely careful with how systems are created because people will always try to find ways around the rules.

The “impending nuclear war” was also mentioned in the video and Hoskinson was asked how an event like this will impact Cardanbo or the economy as a whole. He replied that he believes that the stock markets could drop by 30% to 40%.

These issues were just some of the topics that were brought up throughout the video. Other topics included new Cardano developments, war, and Bitcoin, to name a few.
